Welcome to Easy Manga ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Easy Manga, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice.
Easy Manga is a manga reading application available in both free and premium tiers. No account or registration is required. The App provides the following features:
Premium features are activated via an In-App Purchase subscription through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). See Section 7 for full subscription terms.
Manga content displayed in Easy Manga is sourced from publicly available third-party platforms, primarily MangaDex. We do not claim ownership of any manga content.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Easy Manga. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Some manga titles contain mature themes or content intended for adult audiences. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you access is appropriate for your age and complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Easy Manga does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. All features are accessible without registration.
Reading history, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data is not backed up to our servers and will be lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
You agree NOT to use Easy Manga to:
Easy Manga's interface, design, original features, underlying technology, and branding are owned by or licensed to Easy Manga and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All manga content displayed in the App is sourced from third-party platforms including MangaDex. All manga titles, characters, artwork, and related materials are the intellectual property of their respective creators, publishers, and rights holders. Easy Manga does not claim ownership of any such content.
If you believe any content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement.
By submitting feedback through the App, you grant Easy Manga a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
Easy Manga offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features as described in Section 2.2. The subscription is offered on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) and is purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play In-App Purchase (IAP).
Pricing and billing period are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region as determined by Apple or Google.
The Premium subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the same as the original purchase price unless otherwise notified.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform's subscription management settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until the period ends; no partial refund is issued for unused time unless required by applicable law or Apple/Google policy.
If a free trial is offered, it is provided once per Apple ID or Google account. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a full subscription. Your account will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your existing active subscription through the "Restore Purchase" option in the App. No additional charge is applied. Restoration requires using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Easy Manga does not control and cannot issue refunds for IAP purchases.
We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. If the price changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for future renewals. You may cancel before the new price applies.
To ensure fair access for all users and manage server resources, free users are subject to a daily reading quota of 50 chapters per day. The quota:
Premium subscribers are not subject to any daily reading quota. Attempting to circumvent the daily reading quota through technical means is a violation of these Terms.
Easy Manga displays content sourced from MangaDex and other third-party providers. We do not create, verify, or endorse this content and are not responsible for content that may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. Content availability may change at any time without notice.
Some manga titles contain mature themes, violence, or adult content. We attempt to apply appropriate content labels where possible, but we cannot guarantee that all content is suitable for all audiences. Users under 18 and parents of minor users should exercise appropriate caution.
Your use of Easy Manga is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Easy Manga collects minimal data — no account information is required and all personal preferences are stored locally on your device. If you purchase a Premium subscription, certain transaction data (original transaction ID, product ID, expiry date) is processed and stored on our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep Easy Manga available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, push automatic updates, modify features, or discontinue the App or any feature at our discretion. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions or changes.
Because reading history, favorites, and downloaded content are stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from App updates, device changes, or uninstallation. Premium subscription access is controlled by Apple or Google; service interruptions on their platforms may temporarily affect your ability to verify Premium status.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY MANGA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF PREMIUM ACCESS.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Manga and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is not reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If you download Easy Manga from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. In-App Purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it; Easy Manga is solely responsible for the App and its content. Refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted to Apple.
If you download Easy Manga from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In-App Purchases are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Easy Manga, not Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Refund requests for Android purchases must be submitted to Google.
Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms only to the extent required by their respective platform terms and conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Manga regarding your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.
